DryEye Rescue has added a new display to its product lineup for clinical practices: the hybrid display.
With 200 displays already installed across the United States, the company is ramping up to deliver another round in the coming weeks.
Refresh me on this company.
DryEye Rescue is a supplier of eyecare solutions via a range of products tailored specifically for dry eye disease (DED).
Its services include:
- Partner program for eyecare professionals (ECPs)
- Online wholesale store of DED products
- Doctor referral web store
- Showcase display (Capio System)
- Product displays
- Local eye doctor locator Product referral pad
Now these displays.
The company offers four product displays of varying sizes for clinical practices:
- Hybrid display (we’ll get to that in a moment)
- Large floor display
- Medium wall mount display
- Small table top display
And the hybrid display?
The latest addition to DryEye Rescue’s inventory, the hybrid is designed as a versatile display that combines “eye-catching visual aids” with educational resources to “deliver awareness about dry eye” to patients in an ECP’s clinical practice.
Per the company, integration of this display in practice can also create a new potential revenue stream.
Talk features.
Along with a product display, the hybrid includes an intuitive touch screen for patient interaction.
According to DryEye Rescue, the free-standing display is marketed as combining the features of both the medium and large models into one:
The medium display is an interactive wall-mounted display featuring a digital screen to engage patients with a personalized playlist of photos and videos related to dry eye products and treatments.
The large display is capable of holding 300+ products and also includes locked glass doors to prevent theft and a digital screen for patient education.
How large is this hybrid?
“Size and depth are similar to most eyewear displays and can be easily placed against walls,” DryEye Rescue stated.

So how much does this cost?
The company offers a $0 cost display program for practices that purchase wholesale dry eye products from DryEye Rescue and meet minimum yearly quotas.
Any ECP who refers patients to purchase dry eye products from DryEye Rescue can also apply those online orders to their quota.
