Euclid Vision Corporation and Visionary Optics are partnering to host four specialty contact lens dinner sessions across the United States, titled “Patient Selection to Practice Growth: A Guide to Specialty Contact Lenses.”

Give me some details on these sessions.

Each dinner will include educational and interactive components focusing on three criteria:

  • Identifying patient selection criteria for orthokeratology (ortho-k) and scleral lenses
  • Developing a practice growth strategy
  • Troubleshooting common issues for successful patient results

So what’s on the agenda?

Each session will feature three presentations by industry professionals that cover everything from using specialty lens knowledge for managing other vision conditions and practice growth strategies, to troubleshooting common issues and successful lens fittings.

Who’s presenting?

The presentations include:

  • Practice implementation (specialty contact lenses): presented by Christie Yee, NCLEM
  • Case-based series: troubleshooting ortho-K: presented by Jackson Lau, OD, FAAO, FSLS
  • Scleral lens showcase: streamlined fitting with the NEW Europa Tangent: presented by Lynette Johns, OD, FAAO, FSLS, FBCLA.

When and where?

All across the country, through the remainder of the year:

June 5 → Chicago

July 13 → Boston

Sept 20 → Southern California

Nov 2 → Houston

Anything else?

The program will end with a Q&A session for attendees to participate in with the presenting experts.
