Johnson & Johnson Vision, Inc (JJV) announced the appointment of three new regional leaders: Lori Tierney, President, Americas; Jacqueline Henderson, President, Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA); and Christoph Vonwiller, President, Asia Pacific (APAC).

Where do I know them from?

They’ve been in the industry for a while… most recently, Tierney served as President of Americas for J&J’s Vision Care business; Henderson was the Area Vice President, EMEA for Vision Care; and Vonwiller led as the Regional Vice President, Asia Pacific for Surgical Vision.

Tell me more.

Additionally, Lori Tierney served as Vice President, Commercial Operations for J&J Medical Devices North America. Jacqueline Henderson acted as the General Manager of J&J Vision Care Canada before becoming Vice President of Marketing North America.

Lastly, Christoph Vonwiller was the General Medicine Business Unit Director for Janssen Australia and then served as Vice President, Metabolism Commercial Leader.

What about other regional presidents?

Jun Morimura will remain as President for Vision Care, Japan.

With new regional leadership in place, Tierney, Henderson, and Vonwiller will bring unified strategic and organizational alignment across both Vision Care and Surgical Vision businesses internationally.

By investing in these markets JJV seeks to lead the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific businesses to future growth.
