Johnson & Johnson appoints Shawn Millerick as president, Vision Care, Americas

Johnson & Johnson announces the appointment of Shawn Millerick as President, Vision Care, Americas, effective Nov. 11, 2024.

Shawn will be responsible for defining strategy and driving growth for Johnson & Johnson’s Vision Care portfolio in North America and LATAM including the world’s leading contact lens family ACUVUE. With a strong focus on accelerating digital transformation, Shawn will collaborate with customers and continue to optimize outcomes for patients and eye care professionals.

Shawn has extensive expertise in the Vision space bringing strong knowledge regarding commercial strategy and enterprise solutions, as well as broad consumer healthcare experience, OTC marketing, focusing on shopper marketing and category insights.

Additionally, Erin Powers has taken on expanded responsibilities, now leading the Surgical Vision business across both the U.S. and Canada as the Vice President of North America, Surgical Vision.

Together, Powers and Millerickwill focus on maximizing the growth of our Vision Care and Surgical Vision portfolios and collaborate to capitalize on opportunities, synergies, and Johnson & Johnson’s culture as a unified Vision organization.
